  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • Optional: Fresh strawberries, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a full-fat Cool Whip. You can also add other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for variety.
