  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets) and crackers for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry vegetable soup mix. Stir well.
  2. Add chopped spinach, water chestnuts, green onions, lemon juice, and both cheeses. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
