  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken, chopped artichokes, and spinach.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For extra crunch, top with panko breadcrumbs mixed with a little melted butter before baking.
