  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing over the chicken.
  3. Add softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using) until melted and well combined.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper or a splash of hot sauce. To make it ahead, prepare the dip and refrigerate it until ready to heat. Reheat in the slow cooker or microwave until warmed through.
