This easy Peppermint Cool Whip Candy is a light and festive treat perfect for the holidays! It’s a no-bake dessert that’s quick to make and even quicker to disappear.

  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip and instant vanilla pudding mix.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed peppermint candies.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the candy to set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a full-fat whipped topping. Garnish with extra crushed peppermint candies before serving, if desired.
