  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
