Oven Baked Snow Crab Legs

  • 2 pounds snow crab legs, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place snow crab legs on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the garlic-herb mixture evenly over the crab legs.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and, if desired, garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with the garlic-herb mixture before brushing it on the crab legs. Serve with drawn butter or your favorite seafood dipping sauce.
