Maple Cream Pie Introduction

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup for drizzling (optional)
  • Chopped pecans for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the maple syrup and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the maple cream cheese mixture until smooth and evenly combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with additional maple syrup and garnish with chopped pecans, if desired.
  8. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark amber maple syrup. Serve chilled for the best taste.
