Keto Cottage Cheese Chips

Deliciously crispy and low-carb, these Keto Cottage Cheese Chips are a perfect savory snack packed with protein and flavor.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Gently flatten each dollop with the back of the spoon to form thin circles.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet to allow chips to firm up further.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container once cooled.

Notes

For an extra kick, sprinkle some chili flakes or fresh herbs on top before baking. These chips pair wonderfully with guacamole or sour cream dips.
