Deliciously soft and low-carb, these Keto Cottage Cheese Bagels are perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack, combining creamy cottage cheese with almond flour for a satisfying, grain-free treat.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs; mix until smooth using a hand mixer or blender.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a bagel with a hole in the center.
  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with optional toppings if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
