Instant Noodles with Egg Butter Garlic

A quick and delicious dish combining savory instant noodles with rich egg, creamy butter, and fragrant garlic for a comforting meal in minutes.

  • 1 packet instant noodles
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Push garlic to the side of the skillet and crack the egg into the pan. Scramble gently until cooked.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with butter, garlic, and egg.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 1-2 minutes while stirring.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some chili flakes or drizzle soy sauce before serving.
