  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, honey, and beaten egg.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and pepper. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
