These Halloween Blondies are a festive and delicious treat perfect for parties or a spooky night in. They’re chewy, sweet, and loaded with Halloween-themed sprinkles and chocolate chips.

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Halloween-themed sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup Halloween-colored chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Stir in the salt and flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in the Halloween sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

For extra fudgy blondies, slightly underbake them. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
