Greek Yogurt Jello Fluff

A light and creamy dessert combining tangy Greek yogurt with fruity Jello to create a refreshing, protein-packed fluff perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package (3 oz) flavored gelatin (Jello), any flavor
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped topping (optional for extra creaminess)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate the gelatin mixture until it begins to thicken but is not fully set, about 45 minutes.
  4. Fold the Greek yogurt gently into the partially set gelatin until fully combined.
  5. Optionally, fold in the whipped topping for extra creaminess.
  6. Chill the mixture for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  7. Serve chilled as a light dessert or snack.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and omit the whipped topping or use a non-dairy alternative.
