Crispy baked potato wedges tossed in a flavorful blend of garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a savory snack or side dish.

  • 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and pat them dry thoroughly.
