These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. Fluffy dough is filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and a savory garlic parmesan sauce for an irresistible treat.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (10 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of ground beef mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  6. Bring the corners of the dough together and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
  9. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
