Boursin Cheese

Boursin Cheese is a creamy, herb-infused French cheese that’s perfect for spreading on crackers or adding a flavorful twist to your dishes. Its rich texture and garlic and herb blend make it a delicious and versatile appetizer.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz fresh goat cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and goat cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the minced garlic, parsley, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt to the cheese mixture.
  3. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or hand mixer until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or serving with sliced fresh tomatoes and cucumber.
