Easy Cool Whip Cookies

These Easy Cool Whip Cookies are soft, pillowy, and require only a few simple ingredients. A perfect, quick treat for any occasion!

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • Optional: Sprinkles or powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Mix until well combined. The batter will be thick.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  4. Optional: Sprinkle with sprinkles or dust with powdered sugar before baking.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using a flavored Cool Whip or adding chocolate chips to the batter.
