steak bites

These steak bites are tender, flavorful chunks of steak seared to perfection, making a perfect quick and delicious appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring to develop a sear.
  5. Flip the steak bites and add minced garlic, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
  6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce if using, and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a side of garlic butter or your favorite dipping sauce.
