This Crispy Feta Chicken is coated in a salty, tangy feta crust and then drizzled with sweet and spicy hot honey. It’s a quick and easy weeknight dinner that’s bursting with flavor!

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pulse until a coarse mixture forms.
  3. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the feta mixture evenly onto the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the feta crust is golden brown.
  6. While the chicken is baking, prepare the hot honey: In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and butter. Heat over low heat until butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the baked chicken.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, broil the chicken for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
