  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and biscuit mix.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
