These Cranberry Turkey Meatballs are a flavorful and festive appetizer or main course. Made with ground turkey, cranberries, and savory spices, they’re a healthy and delicious twist on a classic comfort food.

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink.
  7. Serve the meatballs with cranberry sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a sweeter glaze, stir a tablespoon of maple syrup into the cranberry sauce before serving. You can also bake them in the oven or pan-fry them.
