  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine the chopped cranberries and pecans.
  4. Form the cream cheese mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll the cheesecake ball in the cranberry-pecan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Wrap the cheesecake ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
  7. Serve with graham crackers, if desired.

Notes
