  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the turkey breast on all sides until golden brown.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, and orange zest. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the glaze is smooth.
  5. Pour the glaze over the turkey breast in the skillet.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the turkey breast reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste with the glaze every 20-30 minutes.
  7. Let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
