This vibrant Cranberry Jalapeno Dip blends tart cranberries with spicy jalapenos for a bold, flavorful appetizer perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries and jalapenos until finely chopped but not pureed.
  2. Add honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper; blend until well combined.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Fold the cranberry jalapeno mixture into the cream cheese blend until evenly incorporated.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra crunch, sprinkle chopped toasted pecans on top before serving or pair with tortilla chips and fresh veggies.
