Delicious Cranberry Brie Bites Ready to Serve

These Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect appetizer for holiday gatherings. Flaky puff pastry cups are filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, creating a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

  • 1 sheet (14.1 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly flour a clean surface and unfold the thawed puff pastry.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 24 equal squares.
  4. Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
  5. Place a few cubes of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  6. Top the brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts, if desired.
  8. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
