This Crack Broccoli recipe is incredibly addictive! Roasted until tender-crisp and coated in a flavorful parmesan and garlic mixture, it’s a side dish that even broccoli haters will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly browned.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after roasting.
