Cottage Cheese Wraps

Delicious and wholesome Cottage Cheese Wraps perfect for a quick snack or light meal, combining creamy cottage cheese with fresh vegetables wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread half a cup of cottage cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Distribute the cucumber slices, diced tomato, shredded carrots, and spinach over the cottage cheese layer.
  4. Sprinkle fresh dill, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
  5. Optionally drizzle a little olive oil for extra flavor.
  6. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form the wrap.
  7. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

For added protein, try adding sliced grilled chicken or avocado slices inside the wraps.
