  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bagel in half horizontally.
  3. Brush both cut sides with melted butter.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered bagel halves.
