  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until combined.
  3. Slice each cinnamon roll into 1-inch thick slices.
  4. Dip each cinnamon roll slice into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated well.
  5. Place the coated slices onto the hot skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Transfer cooked French toast to a plate. Repeat with remaining slices, adding butter to the skillet as needed.
