Ingredients

  • Assorted cured meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni)
  • Variety of cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda)
  • Green grapes

  • Raisins or dried cranberries

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Select a large, flat serving board as your base.
  2. Arrange cured meats in a triangular shape to form the outline of the Christmas tree.
  3. Fill in the tree shape with assorted cheeses cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Decorate the tree with green grapes, strawberries, raisins or dried cranberries to mimic ornaments.
