Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • For the Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • For the Chocolate Ganache:
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  5. Make the Ganache: Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  6. Pour the ganache over the chilled pie and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the ganache to set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings on top before serving.
