Chicken with Boursin Sauce

Tender chicken breasts smothered in a creamy, garlicky Boursin sauce. This easy weeknight dinner is ready in under 30 minutes and is sure to become a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Add Boursin cheese and chicken broth to the skillet.
  6. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side of pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal. For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce while it’s simmering.
