Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad is a refreshing and creamy side dish featuring sweet grapes, crunchy pecans, and a tangy cream cheese dressing that perfectly complements any meal.

  • 2 pounds red seedless grapes, washed and halved
  • 1 pound green seedless grapes, washed and halved
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • Fresh parsley or mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the halved red and green grapes to the bowl and gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture until well coated.
  3. Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish and sprinkle the toasted pecans evenly on top.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley or mint if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Notes
