This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole is a creamy, cheesy baked dish featuring tender chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or penne)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and cooked pasta.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving or add Dijon mustard to the cracker topping.
