Chicken Bacon Wrap

A delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Bacon Wrap combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh greens wrapped in a soft tortilla for a perfect handheld meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until combined.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each.
  3. Distribute shredded chicken evenly over tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Add chopped lettuce and diced tomato over the fillings.
  6. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  7. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  8. Optionally, grill the wraps on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and warm.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or a dash of hot sauce before rolling the wrap.
