Buckeye Dip

Buckeye Dip is a creamy, peanut butter and chocolate layered dessert dip inspired by the classic Ohio buckeye candy, perfect for parties and sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.

  5. Serve chilled with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

For extra texture, sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top before serving.
