Brazilian Mounjaro recipe

Brazilian Mounjaro is a rich and flavorful dish inspired by vibrant Brazilian cuisine, combining hearty ingredients with bold spices for a satisfying meal.

  • 500g beef or chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add beef or chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Mix in bell pepper and tomatoes; cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour coconut milk into the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens and meat is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice or farinha.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the meat in garlic and lime juice for 1 hour before cooking.
