Peanut Sauce

A creamy, flavorful peanut sauce perfect for dipping, drizzling, or enhancing your favorite dishes with a rich and nutty taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Optional: red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, mixing well.
  3. Slowly whisk in warm water until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Stir in sesame oil and add red pepper flakes or sriracha if desired for a spicy kick.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.

Notes

For a thinner sauce, add more warm water as needed. This sauce pairs wonderfully with grilled chicken, steamed vegetables, or fresh spring rolls.
