green juice

A refreshing and nutritious green juice made from fresh vegetables and fruits, perfect for a healthy boost anytime.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  2. Chop cucumber, celery, apple, and ginger into smaller pieces.
  3. Add spinach, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon, ginger, and water into a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  5. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag if desired.
  6. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.

Notes

For a sweeter juice, add a small piece of pineapple or a teaspoon of honey.
