BBQ Chicken and Coleslaw Wraps

These BBQ Chicken and Coleslaw Wraps combine smoky, tender chicken with crunchy, tangy coleslaw for a quick and flavorful meal perfect for lunch or dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the coleslaw dressing.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix to the dressing and toss to combine thoroughly.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  5. Place a quarter of the BBQ chicken in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Top the chicken with a generous portion of the dressed coleslaw.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top for added freshness.
  8. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  9. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil to enjoy later.

Notes

For extra flavor, heat the wrapped tortillas in a panini press or skillet for 2-3 minutes to crisp the outside and warm the filling.
