Baked Caesar Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Sauce

This Baked Caesar Chicken features tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce, combining classic Caesar flavors in an easy, satisfying baked dish.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
  5. Place seared chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy Parmesan sauce evenly over them.
  6. Top each chicken breast with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
