These Bacon Jalapeño Cream Cheese Balls are the perfect party appetizer! Creamy, spicy, and savory, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Crackers or vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeño, cheddar cheese, green onions, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers or vegetables.

Notes

For an extra kick, leave some of the jalapeño seeds in. You can also roll the cream cheese balls in chopped pecans or walnuts for added texture.
