  • 1 1/2 cups apple butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp edges.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together apple butter, heavy cream, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
