Delicious Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites

These Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect easy appetizer! Crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, with a sweet and tart cranberry topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet (14.1 oz) puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 1.5-inch squares. You should get about 36 squares.
  4. Place a brie cube in the center of each puff pastry square.
  5. Top each brie cube with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. If desired, drizzle a tiny bit of honey over the cranberry sauce.
  7. Carefully transfer the cranberry brie bites to the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
  8. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chopped walnuts or pecans to the cranberry sauce before assembling the bites. You can also bake them in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
